Pudus understands that some things do not work as you have planned. We want you to LOVE . BE YOURSELF. LIVE INSPIRED. by all of our cozy products, but if for some reason you are not feeling oh so cozy, we are happy to help you find something else that you will love.
Pudus is happy to offer full refunds for online orders within 30 days from the day your item was delivered. All items must be
- unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase.
Some items cannot be refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Shipping costs
Sale items (if applicable)
Please obtain a return authorization number from Pudus prior to returning your items.
Pudus does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All return costs are at the customer's expense. We highly suggest customers obtain a tracking number, when shipping return items.
If you have any questions regarding your online orders and our return policy, please contact our customer service team at 1-855-377-3425 between 9am - 5pm PST prior to placing your order.
All returns take approximately 3 - 5 business days processing time to receive a refund once the package is delivered back to our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
There are a few reasons why you might not have received your refund. Here is how you can proceed:
- Make sure you check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-377-3425 between 9am and 5pm PST.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to PO Box 48150, Queensborough PO., New Westminster, BC V3M 0A7.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 48150, Queensborough PO., New Westminster, BC V3M 0A7.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs as well as brokerage fees, customs duties and/or taxes for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
